Requirements:

• PharmD or BS-Pharm (with 3+ years experience)
• Active US Pharmacist License
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Pharmacist
• Willing to work rotational shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
