United Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Bell Gardens, CA for a permanent full-time role .

In this position, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving communication, safety, and overall quality of life for residents.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred

• 1+ year of recent SLP experience , preferably in SNF or rehabilitation settings

• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills

• Experience with dysphagia, cognitive therapy, and communication disorders

• Ability to collaborate effectively with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams
