We are currently seeking a Full-Time RN Clinical Manager to join our Home Health leadership team and oversee clinical operations in Scottdale (Westmoreland), PA. In this key leadership role, you’ll guide a team of skilled clinicians while ensuring patients receive high-quality, coordinated, and compliant home health services. Supervise scheduling and coordination of all patient care services. Review and approve patient re-certifications and discharges. Audit physician orders for accuracy, legibility, and compliance before submission. Review and sign all lab reports, and promptly notify physicians of any clinical concerns. Conduct in-home supervisory visits to ensure high standards of patient care and staff performance. Support and mentor clinical staff to maintain regulatory compliance and service excellence. What You Bring: Completion of an accredited nursing program. Active RN license in the state of PA (required). At least 2 years of nursing experience , including 1 year in Home Health (required). Strong knowledge of Home Health regulations, reimbursement processes, and OASIS documentation . Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
