You'll help keep our systems strong so that our teams can focus on building the future. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues. Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat. Guide users through system setups, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Work with internal teams to escalte and resolve complex IT issues. Document technical issues and resolutions to improve knowledge sharing. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline support services. Ensure excellent customer service by communicating solutions clearly and effectively. What We’re Looking For We need a tech-savvy, patient problem-solver who loves helping people and solving IT challenges .
