The Opportunity
Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty you are accountable for driving onsite culture team performance safety service execution and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments enjoy developing people and are looking for a clear pathway into higher-level operational leadership . Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well rounded leadership business and operational skills.
What Youll Do
Lead Operations
- Own daily shift execution including staffing business flow safety and service standards
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion
- Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through
- Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness
Coach and Develop Teams
- Lead coach and hold team members accountable to operational standards
- Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members
- Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability
Uphold Safety & Brand Standards
- Model company values and enforce policies and procedures
- Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately
- Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards
Rotational Leadership Focus Areas - To support leadership development ShiftManagers rotate through the following focus areas:
- People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling onboarding support attendance tracking performance documentation and training compliance
- Sales & Training Leadership -- Team training coaching sales behaviors certification support and identifying development gaps
- Operations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness equipment readiness preventive maintenance coordination and lot organization
What Were Looking For
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required
- Retail hospitality or car wash experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams make decisions and drive results
- High integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate coach and hold others accountable
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Energy adaptability and a hands-on leadership style
