As a Senior Sales Advisor, you’ll help individuals and families find the right care, while building relationships, achieving realistic targets and making a real impact. Up to £27,500 plus uncapped commission and great benefits. This isn’t a scripted call-centre role Every enquiry is different. You’ll listen, understand what people need and guide them towards the right service, from Home Care and Live-in Care to Care Homes. You’ll need warmth, empathy, confidence and commercial awareness, alongside a genuine drive to achieve results. How you’ll make an impact daily: Own and manage new care enquiries Build relationships with clients, families and professionals Understand needs and recommend the right care Work across our range of care services Manage follow-ups and maximise opportunities Work closely with operational teams Keep records accurate and up to date Identify ways to improve customer experience Share ideas and help us do things better What you’ll bring: You don’t need care experience. You could come from any sales or customer-focused environment, what matters is that you are: Confident and personable Commercially minded Target-driven and motivated Organised and proactive Positive and solutions-focused Able to influence without pressure Experience in care is useful, but your attitude, ability and approach matter more.
