Foster Care Team Lead: Case Coordination & Mentorship

Necco is seeking a Foster Care Team Leader/Supervisor to provide oversight, supervision and support to Case Managers. You will maintain a client caseload and coordinate services under the Program Director, shaping treatment plans and ensuring quality service delivery.

The role requires leadership in staff development, coordination across environments, and travel to multiple locations as essential functions. A Bachelor’s in human services and a Master’s with required experience are preferred.
