Supply Chain: The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Groups success by enhancing operational efficiency reducing costs and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations optimizing transportation routes and refining inventory management practices the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Through their efforts they contribute to both short-term achievements and long-term growth.

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Packaging Off Shift Supervisor for our Diversified department team. This role will be responsible for managing all activities associated with their front-line teams in order to positively impact the overall department/area. The Supervisor will be leading a team consisting of hourly front-line associates and possibly salaried associates Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:

• Optimize operational efficiencies to support the facilitys production packaging warehousing and shipping operations.
• Ensure Tropicana Brands Group financial and accounting control procedures are followed to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
• Identify and coordinate operations improvements necessary to deliver the site annual operating plan (AOP). Ensure cost performance gaps are identified action plans are developed and resources are properly allocated.
• Builds capability through effective employee relations hiring training and communication for front-line hourly personnel
• Manage the performance of direct reports through performance reviews frequent discussions coaching and career development action plans.
• Build and develop talent by effectively leveraging Tropicana Brands Group Career Growth and Leadership Models and the Performance Management Process: objective setting performance and development (PDR) CDAP people planning 360 feedback and competency review.
• This role requires regular presence on the plant floor
• Directly oversee operational measures including but not limited to efficiency yield loss product quality inventory accuracy transactional accuracy

The Perfect Blend: Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing preferred preferably food/beverage experience
• Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence Experience preferred demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
• D irectly oversee operational measures including but not limited to CIL/CL compliance minor stop loss OEE/TE/RE improvement plans SRC/RCA/BDA completion.

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering business operations management or similar fields
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
• This role will require off-shift and weekend work
• Willingness to be onsite daily in the Tropicana office warehouse manufacturing plant in Bradenton
• Travel up to 5%
