With a robust product roadmap and new opportunities on the horizon, we’re looking for a Senior Engineer to help scale our platform and build new products. This role offers the chance to work closely with our Co‑founders and senior engineers, contributing directly to the growth of the company as we move from Seed to Series A and beyond. What you’ll do Design, build, and maintain critical user‑facing products and backend systems that power our platform Contribute to and help evolve our core backend architecture, focusing on scalability and performance Collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership to align technical solutions with business needs Drive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation Play a key role in shaping engineering culture, contributing to hiring efforts, and potentially mentoring or leading other engineers over time What you’ll need 5+ years of experience in web development Strong backend development skills with a preference for full stack engineers Proven ability to create scalable performant solutions within aggressive deadlines Proven experience working in Ruby (or similar backend languages or willingness to learn), with the ability to ramp up quickly in our stack Comfortable working across the stack, with React/Next.js and TypeScript strongly preferred You are already running AI coding agents autonomously, including overnight, to ship. Daily Claude Code use is table stakes experience integrating with third‑party APIs: OAuth flows, webhooks, rate limits, indempotency Track record of owning services in production.
