Pay and Benefits Cash daily from earned tips and mileage reimbursement. Delivery experts earn a base hourly wage of $17.00. Career Opportunities The driver position is an excellent start to learn about the delivery business, customer service and management. Most managers began as drivers and may advance into the Management Development Program. Job Requirements You must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections. You should possess navigational skills, be able to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings. Outstanding attitude toward customer service, basic math skills, and a willingness to work in a fast‑paced team environment are required. Qualifications Valid U.S. employment authorization. Valid driver's license and car registration/insurance/inspection in the applicant’s name. Friendly and works well with others. Works well under stress in a high‑paced environment. Organized and efficient in time management. Can multitask and respond to customer concerns. Able to follow Domino’s policies and work as a team.
