Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to assist customers with order placement, inquiries, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. What You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Process customer orders, changes, and returns with accuracy. Provide product and service information, answering customer questions and concerns. Work closely with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment and on‑time delivery. Handle customer complaints and issue resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. Assist in coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and updating customers as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements. What You Bring To The Table Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1‑2 years of customer service experience (Preferred). Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Problem‑Solving Mindset: Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and find solutions quickly. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process orders and maintain records.
