Based in Hamilton, OH, we are a locally loved bakery specializing in custom cakes that bring joy to every occasion. What You’ll Do As a key part of our team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers have an amazing experience from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assisting customers in person and over the phone with orders, questions, and general inquiries. Providing a warm and welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors. Handling retail tasks such as managing inventory, organizing displays, and ensuring the shop is clean and inviting. Supporting the team with various tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs when needed. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: 1 year of retail experience (required). Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone. A friendly and professional demeanor that makes customers feel valued. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your job duties.
