We are seeking a full-time occupational therapist to join a collaborative, therapist-led pediatric practice in Columbia, MD. This role involves providing therapy services in both clinic and private school settings, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support children's developmental needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in both clinic and private school settings
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with families, educators, and a multidisciplinary team (ABA, Speech, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active occupational therapist license in the state of Maryland
• Pediatric experience preferred (clinic or school-based)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
