Client Services Representative

Our team is partnering with a well-established investment advisory firm to hire a Financial Operations Specialist . This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to support both operational excellence and a high-touch client experience. Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between clients, advisors, and custodians to support account servicing Coordinate client meetings, internal briefings, and team schedules Prepare and process new account paperwork, transfers, and money movement (wires, ACH, checks) Track and follow up on client service requests Support onboarding, reporting, and ongoing account maintenance Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations Maintain and update CRM and portfolio management systems Partner with compliance/operations to ensure regulatory adherence Assist with internal audits and regulatory documentation Contribute to special projects and process improvements Provide backup support to front office and administrative functions Qualifications Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred (Finance, Business, or related field) 3+ years in financial services, wealth management, or investment operations Strong understanding of financial instruments and account structures Experience with CRM, portfolio management, or trading platforms Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy Professional, client‑first mindset with strong analytical skills Capable of working independently and collaboratively Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience (Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr) Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Support for continuing education and certifications Clear opportunities for growth with a respected firm #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals Tysons, VA
