Priority Contact Center Banking Specialist (Onsite- Kingwood, TX)

Job Description At Regions, the Contact Center Priority Banker provides full-service banking to affluent clients through appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions’ financial products and services. Primary Responsibilities Achieve Contact Center targets by identifying customer needs and providing advice on financial products and services. Meet required levels of inbound/outbound calls from the top 10% of Regions customers. Educate and advise customers on all loan and deposit types. Takes ownership of customer issues and works proactively with the customer for resolution. Refers customers to internal teams when complex financial goals are identified. Complete work with limited supervision. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Two years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking. Ability to accurately observe scrolling on-screen text and images. Ability to detect verbal information and communicate using a headset or speaker and microphone. Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse for on-screen selections. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Remote Work Technical Requirements Download speed of at least 50 Mbps. Upload speed of at least 5 Mbps. Must confirm speeds on speedtest.net or provide documentation. Must be directly connected to the Internet via Ethernet cable (no Wi‑Fi, satellite, or extenders). Preferences College degree. One year of lending experience. One year of relationship‑based client consultation. Skills and Competencies Adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines. Handling multiple priorities simultaneously. Problem solving. Providing personalized customer service. Working in a fast‑paced environment. Basic computer skills across multiple systems. Intermediate knowledge of general banking, electronic banking, account opening processes, and credit card products and services. Strong communication and customer focus. Schedule Onsite training schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST for five weeks. Full attendance is required. After training work schedule: Monday–Friday, in office 10:00 am–7:00 pm CST, with one day off each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). Every Saturday or Sunday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm CST, you will work from a remote location. Off days are based on business needs. Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job‑specific and are used as a market reference. Compensation is influenced by experience, skills, knowledge, performance, and location. Minimum Target: $41,570.35 USD Median Target: $51,226.50 USD Incentive Pay: Eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
