Parts Counterperson

Landers Toyota, a leading automotive dealership in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Counterperson. This is a full-time, hourly sales position with room for advancement within our organization. As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Accurately identify and locate parts for customers using our computerized inventory system Communicate with technicians and other dealership employees to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts requests Process parts orders and invoices using our point-of-sale system Maintain a clean and organized work area Check incoming inventory against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to management Keep up-to-date on all technical and promotional information related to the parts department Attend training sessions and workshops as required to continually improve product knowledge and customer service skills Adhere to all safety and security procedures and practices Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in automotive parts sales is preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Valid driver's license with clean driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr
