Description:

Must be customer oriented and provide outstanding guest service

- Ability to lead a team of great employees and lead by example

- Trustworthy and always tells the truth

- Maintains a professional personal appearance

- Leaves outside issues at the door to focus on work

- Recognizes food quality and takes action if it doesn't meet standards

- Prioritizes safety for both customers and team members

- Quick thinker who ensures customer satisfaction is top priority

- Assists General Manager and owner in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant

- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

- Capable of expo and running register when needed

- Protects the brand, owners, and the public

- Identifies and reacts to food safety issues promptly

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers

Requirements:

Have prior experience as shift leader or the desire to be one.

Able to provide references upon request.

Able to smile and work in a fast pace environment.

Be customer oriented.

Able to take constructive feedback.

Be able to speak to why you are interested and able to do the position of a shift leader.

Be an effective communicator.

Keep Gm and owner informed on potential issues.

Willingness to learn.

Be a leader of a team.
