Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor. Johnson Brothers has been providing exceptional service to our customers since 1953, representing the world's most famous brands in the beverage industry. Our Sales Consultants are critical to the success of our organization by building customer relationships, providing product knowledge and merchandising activities. This Sales Consultant would be servicing a territory in the Greenwood, IN area and surrounding areas and must live in the area.

Job Description:

• Consistently be in contact with your customers; handling any issues in a timely manner
• The ability to plan and execute sales initiatives, making effective sales presentations
• Search out and nurture new accounts
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals will be great for you and the business!
• Merchandising: focus on display size and location, shelf standards; counters; windows, product rotation, etc.
• Inventory checks, along with efforts to minimize ordering mistakes

You will Need to Have: (Skills AND Requirements)

• BA/BS college degree or related industry experience
• Passion for selling; highly driven, motivated and enthusiastic
• Ultimate focus on our customers and our business
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance - REQUIRED
• Communication skills need to be articulate, clear and concise
• Prefer some route sales experience

Computer and Application Skills:

• Comfortable using mobile devices for inventory and other tasks
• Experience with a Point of Sale systems
