Call Center Coordinator II

Fortrea seeks a Call Center Coordinator II in Dallas to support clinical trial participant recruitment through strategy planning, call center operations, and cross-functional coordination with medical and screening teams.
Responsibilities
- Train new call center employees and review work quality
- Coordinate with recruitment, screening, physician, and study management teams
- Establish study protocols in recruitment SharePoint and manage screening appointments
- Generate recruitment reports, calling lists, and monthly management reports
- Monitor advertising response and recruitment progress to meet enrollment targets
Requirements
- Associate degree in Communication, Health Administration, or related field
- 3 years call center experience in a medical setting with medical terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a medical field preferred
- Relevant equivalent experience may substitute for education
