Leads management team by providing guidance, direction, and opportunity to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver's® leaves happy. Responsible for the operational and financial success of restaurant.

Essential functions include leading team to increase business sales and net profit, ensuring accurate preparation of daily and weekly reports, maintaining controllable costs, supervising hiring and training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications include a college degree in hotel and restaurant management, five years of supervisory experience, and certification in a national food safety program.

Physical abilities include standing, walking, handling, and lifting various weights constantly or frequently.

Management leadership success factors include communication, change management, decision making, innovation, planning, organizational relationships, building a high performance team, and accountability.

Work schedule includes 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts, weekend availability, Monday to Friday, holidays, day and night shifts.

Supplemental pay includes bonus pay.
