Responsabilidades Es responsable de administrar las admisiones, la ocupación inicial y continua, y la gestión de listas de espera para los programas de Voucher Basado en Proyectos (PBV) y Rehabilitación Moderada (MOD Rehab), en cumplimiento con todas las regulaciones federales (HUD) y estatales aplicables. Coordinar con diversas partes interesadas, incluidas agencias estatales, socios sin fines de lucro y autoridades de vivienda pública. Asistir con el apoyo del programa y proyectos especiales mediante el desarrollo de estándares de rendimiento, la participación en procesos de audiencias y la referencia de hogares elegibles al programa de Autosuficiencia Familiar.
