Responsibilities

Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of clients by understanding their unique risk profiles and insurance needs.

Consult with prospects to identify coverage gaps and present thoughtful, personalized protection strategies.

Develop and grow relationships with local businesses to establish yourself as their go-to insurance resource in Edison.

Document client interactions and manage policy renewals with precision and care.

Participate in regular strategy sessions to share insights and improve our collective approach to customer service.

Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the lifecycle of their policies.

Requirements

NJ Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Strong comfort level with presenting solutions to business owners and individuals.

A genuine desire to help people navigate complex choices with clarity.

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is helpful but not strictly required.

Familiarity with digital insurance platforms and basic office software.
