Clinical Research Coordinator III

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator III to oversee clinical operations at a research site, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing study protocols, training staff, and coordinating between sponsors and the site to support successful trial execution and patient enrollment.

Responsibilities Conduct clinical studies in accordance with FDA/GCP and ICH regulations and guidelines Schedule subject visits, perform assessments including vital signs and blood draws, and record patient data per protocol Ensure IRB approval and compliance throughout study lifecycle; report suspected non-compliance Monitor participant safety, assess adverse events, and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders Serve as primary sponsor contact, back-up site manager, and mentor new team members Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification BLS certificate required 5+ years of comparable clinical research experience Thorough understanding of GCP, SOPs, informed consent, and safety monitoring Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently Proficiency with basic computer applications and strong English communication skills Demonstrated sound judgment and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
