Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Florence, KY by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Your Role:

• Safely haul dry van freight on regional lanes while meeting customer delivery windows.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate trip and inspection records.
• Liaise with dispatch to keep routes efficient and on schedule.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $0.70 per mile and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus, backed by a modern fleet of 500+ trucks, benefits (health/dental/vision), 401(k), PTO, and extra incentive pay.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL‑A and minimum 12 months of verified commercial driving experience.
