Growing together.The Senior Associate General Counsel, Optum Health M&A Legal, leads the legal function responsible for Optum Health acquisitions and related business development activities.The role leads a team of attorneys and legal professionals responsible for supporting transaction execution, legal diligence, negotiation, governance approvals, post-close integration support, and strategic business counseling.The position serves as a critical partner to Business Development, Finance, Operations, and Enterprise Legal leadership in advancing Optum Health's growth strategy.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
