Required Skills:

• Medical Doctor (MD) license in California or eligible through IMLC
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Proven experience in primary care settings, managing adult and geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical skills including preventive care, simple wound management, cryotherapy, punch biopsies, joint injections, and toenail removals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and adapt to diverse patient needs

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with NextGen EMR system
• Prior locum or permanent primary care practice experience
• Ability to perform minor procedures independently
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse communities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license in California or eligibility via IMLC
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a primary care setting preferred

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Ability to handle a patient volume of approximately 15-18 patients daily
• Must pass background checks and credentialing process
• Travel and lodging expenses covered for the duration of the contract
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations
