Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Beulah, ND. The Meat Manager will oversee daily operations of the meat and seafood department, including managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and supervising staff. Responsibilities include butchery, maintaining proper sanitation standards, engaging with customers, and optimizing sales. The role actively contributes to providing an organized and well-stocked department to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inventory Control and management of stock levels
• Strong skills in Butchery and expertise in handling meat and related products
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities and ability to build strong community relationships
• Experience and knowledge in handling and preparing Seafood and Meat products
• Sales aptitude and the ability to develop strategies to achieve departmental goals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in meat cutting or food safety are advantageous
