Housing Stability Case Manager
SUS Inc
S:US is seeking a Case Manager for their homeless prevention program located in New York, NY. The role involves providing comprehensive case management, intake within 24 hours, and coordinating referrals to supportive services to help clients secure permanent housing. The position requires a High School Diploma and at least two years of experience with the homeless population, with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services.
