In This Role You Will: Contribute to the development of written assessments, care plans, and document progress with each resident Assist with the development of the monthly calendar, ensuring it includes daily evening, holiday, and weekend events and activities Assist with planning programs including educational, entertainment, spiritual, and physical activities Post activity reminders to encourage participation Decorate designated areas for special events and parties; provide assistance to residents, help with preparation and cleanup for such events Assist in coordinating transportation of residents to outside programs, events, or medical appointments Maintain a variety of stimulating activities and supplies for residents who choose and/or can perform activities independently Effectively manage problems with difficult or disturbed residents, family, or sponsor/surrogate Full‑time day shift 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., every other weekend and every other holiday Who You Are: High school diploma or GED equivalent The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; basic computer‑related skills and the ability to learn how to operate office and audio‑video equipment Previous activity experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living facility Maple Knoll Village is an equal opportunity employer.
