Wastewater Project Manager

Overview Sectr Partners are working in partnership with a Heavy Civil Contractor that specializes in Water/Wastewater Construction. Responsibilities Manage projects across Central Texas Manage and train field staff on the requirements of various Wastewater projects Ensure staff follow modern safety practices, construction methods and operating procedures Understand and implement effective scheduling methods Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients. Conduct daily inspections and ensure projects are sufficiently resourced Submit site paperwork to the appropriate department weekly Assign resources to crew members and manage their performance Work closely with both project and regional management Serve as a competent person for all construction-related matters Requirements & Skills Minimum 3-5 years of working for a Heavy Civil Contractor Preferably a Professional Engineering License or EIT.
