Full-Time Lead Preschool Teacher – 3-Year-Old Classroom A Good Start Preschool – Columbia, MO For over 25 years, A Good Start Preschool has provided exceptional early childhood education rooted in faith, family, and whole-child development. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Lead Teacher to guide and nurture our 3-year-old classroom. About Us Social-emotional development Academic learning through structured play Daily devotions & nondenominational Christian Bible stories Creative, hands-on experiences Position Summary The Lead Teacher for our 3-year-old classroom is responsible for overseeing the daily classroom environment , guiding children through routines and learning experiences, and fostering a safe, loving, and engaging space where every child can thrive. This role includes classroom leadership, communication with families, and collaboration with staff , as well as supporting outdoor play and overall classroom management.
