Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for each patient and develop tailored treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to their individual needs.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, often lasting 30 minutes, providing individualized hands-on treatment.

• Document clinical progress and outcomes, preparing both clinical and progress summaries to effectively communicate with other medical professionals.

• Make follow-up calls to existing and prospective patients to ensure satisfactory care and explore any additional needs.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists, sharing patient cases and insights to enrich the overall treatment delivered.

• Stay updated on the latest techniques and methodologies in physical therapy and incorporate them into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with motivated clients who are typically athletic individuals aged 35 and older, including elite athletes as well as younger patients with orthopedic concerns. Our clients are proactive about their health and recovery, diligently following home exercise programs and lifestyle recommendations to achieve optimal results. Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong foundation in manual therapy.

• A commitment to continued professional development and a desire to learn and grow within our innovative practice.

• Effective communication skills for engaging with patients and collaborating with the healthcare team.

• Willingness to teach small group fitness classes of 3-6 individuals is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certification in Pilates, NAIOMT training, IASTM, and other advanced therapies is advantageous.

• Experience treating vestibular and post-concussion patients is also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
