Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Atlantic Health Group, you will have a range of critical responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and client feedback.
\n
• Providing psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to deliver effective interventions for mental health and dual disorders.
\n
• Engaging in crisis intervention, brief therapy, and skills training tailored to each client’s unique situation.
\n
• Documenting clinical notes and treatment progress in electronic health records ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Participating in regular team meetings to review difficult cases and ensure quality management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include individuals, families, and groups encountering various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. By leveraging telehealth technology, you will provide accessible mental health services to clients across Port Saint Lucie and beyond, helping to reduce barriers to care. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Active LMFT licensure or Psy.D in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience delivering psychotherapy services.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will have an advantage:
