Enrollment Registration Support Specialist

Schedule:
Full-time administrative support throughout the academic program, with increased activity before and at the beginning of each session and during registration, add-drop, enrollment reconciliation, and graduation periods.
Summary:
The Enrollment Registration Support Specialist will coordinate student registration and maintain accurate enrollment information for participating NNSY apprentices.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with student enrollment, registration, or academic records.
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and record accuracy.
- Must understand academic registration and enrollment procedures.
- Must appropriately protect confidential student information.
Duties:
- Assist apprentices with registration and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate student enrollment and course records.
- Reconcile institutional records with Government-provided student rosters.
- Support add-drop, graduation, and enrollment-status processing.
