CDL Driver

Location: Sea Breeze Food Service Reports to: Transportation Manager Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary Sea Breeze Food Service is seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Driver to join our distribution team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality food products to our customers on time and in excellent condition. Our ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe vehicle, and represents the Sea Breeze brand with professionalism on every route.. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Load, unload, and deliver food products to customer locations according to scheduled routes Provide excellent customer service, including resolving delivery issues and maintaining positive relationships Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, payments, and related documentation Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or mechanical issues immediately Assist warehouse team as needed with loading, staging, or organizing products Represent Sea Breeze Food Service in a professional manner at all times Qualifications APPLICANTS WITH A CDL FOR LESS THAN 3 YEARS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED . Valid CDL Class A or Class B (with air brake endorsement) license for a minimum of 3 years. Clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT requirements Previous route delivery or food service distribution experience preferred Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs and operate hand trucks/pallet jacks Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work early mornings, or overtime as needed Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality service Schedule Schedule: Monday–Friday Closed: Weekends, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Why Join Us Sea Breeze Food Service is a well-established food service provider with steady routes and long-term customer relationships prioritizing driver safety with well-maintained equipment and a strong safety culture.
