A high-volume full-service restaurant in Richmond, KY is seeking an experienced leader to drive operations. You'll oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams, set the tone for service excellence, and build a thriving restaurant culture in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations and staff
Maintain service standards and food quality across all shifts
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance for your team
Monitor costs, inventory, and profit margins consistently
Train and mentor staff on systems, protocols, and standards

What We're Looking For

Proven restaurant management experience in high-volume settings required
Strong operational and financial acumen with attention to detail
Ability to lead and develop diverse restaurant staff effectively
Excellent communication and conflict resolution under pressure
Current food safety certification and health code knowledge
