What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers and match them with the right equipment, including Kubota and other top brands
• Sell a full range of equipment—from tractors and UTVs to construction and industrial machines
• Turn walk-ins, calls, and leads into loyal, repeat customers
• Actively prospect, follow up, and build your own book of business
• Stay sharp on product knowledge—tractors, mowers, skid steers, excavators, and more
• Work alongside parts & service to deliver a top-tier customer experience
• Own your sales pipeline and hit (or beat) your goals

What We’re Looking For

• A natural people person who thrives on building relationships
• Competitive, self-driven, and motivated to earn
• Sales experience is a plus—but attitude matters more
• Comfortable learning and talking through equipment features and benefits
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday 8AM–5PM
• Saturday (seasonally) 8AM–12PM
