Full-service firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their practice, specializing in business, real estate, and construction disputes. This established practice handles a wide range of sophisticated civil litigation matters and offers attorneys meaningful courtroom exposure, direct partner mentorship, and a clear path toward long-term advancement.

This firm offers competitive compensation, low billable targets (1500), hybrid flexibility, strong bonus opportunities, and a pathway to partnership.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Propound and respond to written discovery
• Conduct witness and client interviews
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Work with expert witnesses and consultants
• Assist with settlement negotiations and litigation strategy

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $190,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage fully paid for employees; free parking long-term disability insurance; paid parental leave; paid holidays; flexible paid time off; accrued paid sick leave; and participation in a 401(k) with a 3% safe harbor contribution.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Bar license
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
• Experience handling discovery and depositions
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
• Interest in real estate, construction, and business litigation
