Performance Marketing Manager
Join our team to drive measurable growth through high-impact performance marketing. You'll own KPIs, continuously optimize paid media, and translate analytics into actionable plans that increase qualified pipeline and revenue.
Lead performance marketing programs by setting clear KPIs, optimizing Google/Meta campaigns, improving measurement and attribution, and scaling the channels that deliver the best CAC, ROAS, and conversion outcomes across the funnel.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Google Ads/Meta Ads management
- Marketing analytics and dashboards (GA4, Looker)
- Attribution modeling and measurement
- A/B testing and experimentation
- Data-driven decision making
- Strategic planning and prioritization
- Continuous improvement mindset
