Our team is generating more buyer opportunities than our current agents can handle. That means more opportunities to meet with motivated buyers, show homes, write offers, negotiate contracts, and close transactions.

You don't have to spend your days cold calling, door knocking, or wondering where your next client is coming from.

Our Marketing and Inside Sales teams work behind the scenes to generate and qualify opportunities and schedule appointments, allowing you to spend more of your time doing what you got into real estate to do:

Whether you're an experienced Buyer’s Agent, Realtor, Real Estate Sales Agent, or newly licensed real estate professional , EmpowerHome Team gives you the structure, opportunity, and support to build your business.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Meet with home buyers and help them navigate the purchase process

• Build relationships with clients and understand their real estate goals

• Show homes and help buyers identify properties that fit their needs

• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts

• Guide clients from initial consultation through closing

• Follow up with appointments using our CRM and proven systems

• Provide an exceptional client experience that leads to referrals and repeat business

• Maintain an organized pipeline and appointment calendar

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License

• Full-time availability

• Strong communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Comfortable using technology

• Organized and dependable

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
