Roofing Sales Closer — Self-Producers Only

We're hiring closers who generate their own business. You knock, you network, you work your referrals, you build your own pipeline.  Company appointments exist here — but they go to the closers who are already producing on their own. Produce, and you get fed. That's the deal, and we say it up front so nobody's surprised in week three.

Sell a deal today. Get paid next week.

You know how this usually goes. You sign a homeowner, and then you wait for weeks or even months for a payout. Three months later you finally see a check on a deal you closed in the spring.

We advance you on every signed deal — the following week. Sign it this week, get an advance next week.

Most companies in this industry won't do that. It's the single biggest reason good closers wash out of restoration — not because they can't sell, but because they can't float three months of living expenses waiting on carriers. You won't have to here.

Your own deals pay double.

Self-generated deals pay  double the commission rate of a company-provided lead. Not a small bump — double. The pay plan is built that way on purpose: the people who build their own book at AMP make significantly more than the people who wait around.

And you're not selling into a headwind.

Most roofing reps lose the deal when the carrier lowballs or denies the claim. We don't leave the homeowner to fight alone —  AMP brings in a licensed public adjuster to represent the homeowner on their claim. A professional goes to bat for your customer against the insurance company, and claims that would die at "denied" turn into approved full replacements. That's money in your pocket that other companies' reps never get paid on.

You're also selling a GAF system with a 50-year warranty , from a family-owned company holding  RI GC-50456and  CT HIC 0670385 , with a 4.8-star Google rating .

What the job actually is

• Generate your own leads — doors, referrals, networking, your own territory
• Inspect roofs, document storm and wear damage, explain the claim process clearly
• Sit with the homeowner through the adjuster meeting and get the agreement signed
• Earn access to company-provided appointments by producing consistently

Who we want

• A self-starter who doesn't need to be chased, reminded, or motivated
• Someone who can create their own opportunities in a territory from scratch
• Comfortable asking for the signature and comfortable on a roof
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Insurance restoration or storm experience is a plus — we'll train the right hunter
• Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) is a plus in our RI markets

Compensation

• Commission-based,  uncapped — [$96,000 – $325,000] realistic first-year earnings
• Advance paid the week after you sign
• Self-generated deals pay double the rate of company-provided leads
• Company appointments provided to producers, at no cost to you
• 1099 contractor position

Schedule & territory
Full-time. Rhode Island and Connecticut. Evenings and Saturdays, because that's when homeowners are home.
