My Primary Care is seeking a licensed LVN to assist our medical practice in providing primary and wound-care supplemental visits to our elderly and disabled community.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Clean record with no disciplinary actions
- Active professional license
- Malpractice insurance
- 2-years of mobile practice
- 2-years experience in primary care
- 2-years experience in wound care
- Ability to travel to patients' homes
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-years experience in geriatric care
- Spanish or Tagalog speaking
- Tebra EHR experience
My Primary Care is a mobile clinic. We service patients wherever they live throughout San Diego County. We pride ourselves on being patient-centered and care-driven. Our providers are known for being dependable and highly focused on providing the best possible care for our patients. We are looking for someone to fill a need in our organization by providing advanced wound care services and primary care services to our elderly and disabled community. We are looking for passionate LVNs to meet the needs of our practice by providing exceptional care alongside ongoing treatment plans. Join the team that is always moving healthcare forward!
