Quick Facts: Location: Northfield, MN Start Date: 07/06/2026 End Date: Ongoing (initial 3-month contract) Shift: Night 2x24-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week (typical) Employment Type: Contract / Locum Tenens License/Certifications: MN license, IMLC, ACLS, BLS, PALS Experience: Minimum of 2 years in OB-GYN, TOLAC experience required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $259.35/hour Pay Package: discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per applicable laws) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) What You’ll Do: Perform obstetric and gynecological procedures, including emergency surgeries and TOLAC Provide in-house triage, emergency, and outpatient OB-GYN care Support prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and GYN patient management for women aged 18-40s Assist with approximately 30-40 deliveries per month within a supportive team Collaborate with a dedicated all-female in-house team, including midwives who take primary first calls Participate in on-call coverage, remaining within 30 minutes of the hospital Maintain accurate EMR documentation using Meditech Expanse (training provided) What You Need: Board Certified OB-GYN required, with TOLAC experience MN medical license and IMLC verification Current ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications (AHA preferred) Minimum 2 years of clinical OB-GYN experience Ability to perform emergency surgeries and respond promptly during on-call hours About the Assignment: Join a forward-thinking hospital in Northfield, MN, offering an enriching environment with 37 beds, dedicated ORs for C-sections, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
