Location: HYBRID- FAA- Washington DC Salary Range: $185,000-200,000/annually. Factors influencing pay within this range include geography, market demand, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and oversight for enterprise programs, projects, releases, and modernization initiatives across the ADO portfolio Oversee execution and administration of all task order activities, ensuring alignment with requirements and successful delivery outcomes Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contractor performance across all program activities Lead coordination across ADO-110, ADO-120, and ADO-200, ensuring alignment of priorities and execution efforts Manage cross-platform dependencies and integration across legacy and modernized environments Support governance, reporting, and acquisition-related activities Oversee data engineering efforts, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and real-time data processing Coordinate cloud and hybrid architecture activities, including identity management, monitoring, and operational controls Support implementation of data governance frameworks, including data cataloging, metadata management, and data quality initiatives Provide oversight of artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with program objectives Manage delivery of business intelligence capabilities, including dashboards, reporting, and analytics platforms Ensure all deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements Maintain schedule discipline, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time Monitor performance to ensure minimal rework and timely issue resolution Ensure delivery within budget constraints and maintain cost control Maintain responsiveness to stakeholder needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Identify, document, and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies Implement mitigation strategies and ensure resolution without impact to delivery Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes Facilitate large virtual and in-person meetings, including governance forums Communicate complex technical and programmatic information clearly to stakeholders Manage project queues and backlogs, providing prioritization recommendations Support development and sustainment of product feature roadmaps Oversee creation and implementation of business processes and workflows Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field or discipline Experience: Acquisition, governance, financial management, and leadership Minimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise-level programs Federal experience in a technical or managerial business environment Ability to manage large amounts of complex information and draw sound conclusions Ability to prioritize and manage actions in high-volume, high-stress environments Strong problem-solving skills using systematic analysis and sound judgment Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of large stakeholder engagements Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamically changing technologies Experience supporting: Product feature roadmaps Business process and workflow development Project timeline, milestone, and status reporting Risk and dependency tracking Experience managing: Project queues and backlogs Complex technical programs within budget and compliance constraints Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Jira ServiceNow Microsoft Project Sharepoint Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or platform modernization efforts Experience working in large, multi-stakeholder federal environments Familiarity with data engineering, cloud, AI/ML, or business intelligence initiatives Clearance Requirement: US Citizen.
