We're expanding our nationwide network of independent freight agents and looking for established freight professionals who want to grow their existing business with the support of an experienced brokerage.

We're looking for experienced freight broker agents with an established, active book of business. This is not an entry-level position or a training program.

If you have customers, understand the freight brokerage business, and want a better platform to grow your revenue, Fenichey offers the technology, carrier relationships, financial backing, and administrative support to help you succeed.

Our agents operate independently, managing their customer relationships and shipments from start to finish, while Fenichey handles the back-office responsibilities.

This is not an entry-level position, a training program, or a salaried role.

• An established, active book of freight business with existing shipper relationships ... required.
• Demonstrated experience as a freight broker or independent freight agent.
• Proven ability to generate freight revenue and manage customer accounts independently.
• Experience negotiating rates, sourcing carriers, and managing shipments.
• Strong knowledge of LTL and/or Truckload transportation.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
