Job Description Job Description Employment & Labor Attorney (2–6 Years) Locations: Atlanta, GA | Charlotte, NC | Houston, TX | Miami, FL | Chicago, IL About the Role: Our client, a well-established firm with a robust Employment & Labor practice, is seeking an associate attorney with 2–6 years of experience representing employers in labor and employment matters. The firm handles high-stakes litigation, compliance counseling, workplace investigations, and EEOC claims across various industries. Responsibilities: Defend employers in federal and state court litigation Represent clients before the EEOC and NLRB Conduct workplace investigations and advise on compliance Draft policies, employee handbooks, and training materials Support complex class action and wage & hour cases (FLSA, ADA, Title VII) Qualifications: 2–6 years of employment litigation experience J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active membership in the state bar (or ability to waive in) Strong writing and client communication skills Preferred: T25 law school or strong regional credentials Experience advising on union negotiations or HR audits
