Primary Locations: Fort Lauderdale, FL and Stuart, FL.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PP/QM Manufacturing SME. This role will support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes across manufacturing operations. This role includes the opportunity to participate in SAP implementations at new manufacturing facilities and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.Key Requirements5-10 years of hands-on SAP manufacturing experienceStrong SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) experienceStrong MRP knowledgeUnderstanding of rough-cut and finite capacity planningExperience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation in a manufacturing environmentAbility to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, document processes, and support solution designExperience training users and supporting go-live/hypercare activitiesAbility to analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvementsStrong collaboration skills in a global environmentWillingness to travel as neededMust be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder where required by project, regulatory, export control, aerospace, or defense requirementsMain ResponsibilitiesSupport SAP PP and QM design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activitiesFacilitate workshops and document business requirementsTranslate business requirements into SAP solutions aligned with manufacturing best practicesSupport MRP, production orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, inspection plans, inspection lots, and quality notificationsPartner with production, planning, engineering, and quality teams to support operational requirementsTroubleshoot SAP manufacturing and quality process issuesWork with technical teams on system integrations and interfacesSupport integration with Inventory Management, Finance, and Controlling modulesTrain end users on SAP manufacturing and quality processesPreferred ExperienceAerospace or defense manufacturing experienceExperience in regulated manufacturing and quality environmentsKnowledge of engineering BOMs, manufacturing BOMs, revision control, engineering change management, traceability, serialization, and nonconformance processesSAP Project Systems (PS) experience is a plusInformation related to the position:The compensation range is $95,000 to $115,000 base salary.The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions. ​At Daher, your total rewards package is more than just your base salary as we offer a full benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and more.
