Dental Call Center Representative

Full-Time | Grand Junction, CO

Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping people? PrimeHealth+ is seeking a Dental Call Center Representative to be the friendly voice our patients hear when they call. You'll help patients schedule appointments, answer questions, and connect them with the care they needall while creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling dental appointments
• Respond to patient questions and direct calls to the appropriate team members
• Document patient information and communications accurately
• Provide friendly, professional customer service on every call
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Support the dental team with additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, patient-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a medical or dental office
• Three or more years of inbound call center experience
• Knowledge of medical or dental terminology
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
