Type of Position: RN or LPN for Avalon Health Center at StoneRidge Position Hours: * Part-time 1st Shift (7am-3pm); 8-hours/week (EOW) * Week 1: Saturday * Week 2: Sunday * Full-time 2nd shift (3pm-11pm); 32-hours/week * Week 1: Sun, Mon, Thur, and Fri * Week 2: Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat Pay: Starting at $26-$48 dollars per hour base, pay increases based on licensure and years licensed. Tasks may include the accurate and timely administration of medications and treatments, observational and clinical documentation, assisting in emergency calls, and updating Supervisors of changes. Essential Job Duties: * Assists in the supervision and direct care of residents and nursing personnel. * Administers direct care as assigned. * Gives and receives reports. * Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents' condition. * Assists in developing comprehensive care plans Qualifications: * Active, unrestricted RN license in Connecticut is required. * Current CPR and IV certifications are required. * Geriatric/rehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing is required. * Depends on employment classification * Please Note: Consideration for an interview requires a resume be submitted with this application.
