Psychiatrist, Children to Adults, Missouri ONE Day in the Office, Starting Salary $350,000 Four Day Work Week, New Grads Encouraged to Apply Join a growing FQHC in Southwest Missouri as an outpatient Psychiatrist serving children through adults. This role combines a flexible four-day workweek, strong interdisciplinary support, and a mission-driven focus on expanding access to care. Practice Details Outpatient psychiatry serving children, adolescents, and adults Practice across two clinics located about 20 minutes apart, with tele-visit options built in Work within an established Behavioral Health team of LPCs, LCSWs, a psychiatric NP, an RN, and a psychologist Built-in collaboration with primary care, SUD services, and on-site pharmacy access Schedule Four-day workweek with having to ONLY WORK ONE DAY in the clinic and the rest from home.
